Chris is a Sunshine Coast local who has had over sixteen years of Pâtissier and Chocolatier experience. Chris sought out an apprenticeship when he was sixteen so that he could leave the confines of school based learning to breed his creativity. He fell into baking by chance, but soon became passionate about his craft. His knowledge of all things pastry and chocolate has been cultivated by training under some of the best pastry chefs in the world.
Chris wants to bring all of his pastry and chocolate experiences to the Sunshine Coast, drawing inspiration from the places all of the world that he has enjoyed a pastry from and the wide variety of chefs he has met.
