Caloundra Business Alliance 2020 Wrap Up
This year certainly did no go as we had planned, in February the Caloundra Business Alliance put together a year of events and promotions that would see 2020 as our most ambitious year yet, but COVID-19 had other plans for us so we had to change plans and many of our events were either cancelled or changed to accommodate new QLD health directives.
We are thrilled to share that our membership has tripled in 2020 despite the pandemic and this is because of the amazing support from our small business community .

Our Vision is to work with Sunshine Coast Council and Caloundra Chamber of Commerce to encourage and promote the Caloundra Business area by way of Marketing , events and promotions. Our objective is to support All businesses in the Caloundra CBD and result in a social and economic outcome for ALL.

We are a not for profit organisation with 100% of all funds going back into the Caloundra Business Area and Community.

All committee members of The Caloundra Business Alliance are volunteers who give up their free time to promote the Caloundra CBD.

Shop Caloundra

Bulcock Street and the many connecting streets in Caloundra, are some of the few remaining original  shopping streets on the Sunshine Coast.
Parts of Bulcock Street have traded as shops for almost 100 years. Rinaldi’s shop, the shop that sold everything you could think of, opened in Bulcock Street in 1922. Some of the businesses are third generation businesses.
Bulcock Street has huge range of shops including: cinema, fashion, gifts, menswear, ladies wear, cafes, restaurants, hobby shops, jewellery, shoes, books, health food, homeware, electronics and all kinds of wonderful knick knacks.
Most businesses in the street are small, local, family-run businesses which adds to the charm of the experience. With over 200 shops there is plenty to choose from in the Caloundra SEA BD .
